MOUNT GAY RUM REMY COGNAC COINTREAU SCOTCH WHISKY PIPER CHAMPAGNE
CLASSIC DAIQUIRI
1 3/4 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Silver Rum
3/4 oz grapefruit juice
1/3 oz Maraschino cherry juice
Juice of half a lime

Pour ingredients into shaker with crushed ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
REMY SIDECAR
1 1/2 oz Remy Martin VS or VSOP
1 1/2 oz Cointreau
1 1/2 oz lemon juice

Pour ingredients into shaker with crushed ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange twist.
ORIGINAL MARGARITA
1 oz Cointreau
2 oz Tequila
Fresh Lime Juice

Mix in a shaker with ice and strain into a salt rimmed Margarita Glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
OLD FASHIONED
1 1/4 oz Famous Grouse
1/4 tsp sugar
2 dashes Bitters

Muddle maraschino cherry and orange slice in bottom of old-fashioned glass. Add ingredients, serve over ice.
CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
Piper-Heidsieck Brut or Piper Sonoma Brut Champagne
1 dash of Angostura bitters
1 sugar cube
Twist of lemon peel


Place one lump of sugar with bitters in a chilled champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne. Add lemon peel and serve.
MOUNT GAY MOJITO
1 3/4 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Silver Rum
1 oz simple syrup
6 fresh mint leaves
Juice of 3 fresh limes


Muddle mint with simple syrup and lime juice, add ice & stir. Top with soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig.
GINGERTINI
1 1/2 oz Remy Martin VSOP
Sliced ginger
2-3 drops of
Angostura bitters
1/2 oz simple syrup

Rub ginger along the rim of martini glass. Pour ingredients into shaker with crushed ice. Shake and strain into glass.
COINTREAU CARRIBEAN
2 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Juice of half a lime
Splash of lemon lime soda

Pour Cointreau and cranberry juice into tall glass with ice. Add lime juice and splash of lemon lime soda.
ROB ROY
1 1/2 oz Famous Grouse, Macallan, or Highland Park Whisky
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
Orange bitters to taste

Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
CHAMPAGNE BLUSH
4 oz Piper-Heidsieck Brut or Piper Sonoma Brut Champagne
1 oz cranberry juice


Add juice to a champagne glass and add champagne to fill.
THE ECLIPSE
2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Silver Rum
1 1/2 oz orange juice
1 oz pineapple juice


Pour ingredients into shaker with crushed ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass with crushed ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.
JASMINE BLOSSOM
2 oz Remy Martin VS or VSOP
1/2 oz Galliano
4 oz iced jasmine tea
1 dash simple syrup

Pour ingredients into shaker with
crushed ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
COINTREAU CAIPIRINHA
1.5 oz. Cointreau
1 lime

Cut half a lime into 5 or 6 pieces. Crush the lime in the glass. Fill to the top with crushed ice and add Cointreau. Stir.
APPLE CRUMBLE MARTINI
2 oz The Famous Grouse
1/4 oz Butterscotch schnapps
1 oz Apple juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup


Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
CHAMPAGNE CLASSIC
Piper-Heidsieck Brut or Piper Sonoma Brut Champagne
2/3 oz Remy Martin VS
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 sugar cube


Drop one sugar cube into a chilled champagne flute, soak the cube with one or two dashes of Angostura bitters, add the cognac and fill gently with champagne.
MAI TAI
2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Splash of lime juice
Splash of grenadine
1 tbsp sugar


Pour ingredients into shaker with crushed ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass.
SOUTH PACIFIC PEACH
1 1/2 oz Remy Martin VS or VSOP
1/2 oz Peach schnapps
3 oz 7-Up or Sprite

Pour Remy Martin and Peach Schnapps into a tall glass with ice.
Top with Sprite or 7-UP. Garnish with mint leaf.
COINTREAU CARESS
1 3/4 oz Cointreau
1 3/4 oz Irish cream liqueur

Pour ingredients into tumbler glass. Garnish with grated dark chocolate sprinkled over the top.

PERFECT MANHATTAN
2 oz Famous Grouse, Macallan, or Highland Park Whisky
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1/4 oz dry vermouth
Angostura bitters to taste

Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon peel.

CHAMPAGNE COOLER
Piper-Heidsieck Brut or Piper Sonoma Brut Champagne
1 oz Remy Martin VS or VSOP
1 oz Cointreau

Pour cognac and Cointreau into a chilled Squall glass or wine goblet, fill with champagne, and stir gently. Garnish with mint sprigs.

1 1/2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
1/2 oz Cointreau
Fresh lime juice

Pour ingredients into shaker with crushed ice. Shake and strain into a margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pour ingredients into champagne flute.
COINTREAU COSMOPOLITAN
2 1/2 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz lemon juice

WINTER WARMER
2 oz Famous Grouse
1 oz Amaretto

Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
THE DOVE COCKTAIL
Piper-Heidsieck Brut or Piper Sonoma Brut Champagne
1/2 oz Remy Martin VS or VSOP
1/2 oz Cointreau
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 sugar cube

Place sugar cube in a chilled champagne glass and saturate it with bitters. Add cognac and Cointreau and fill with cold champagne.
SKINNY PINA COLADA
1 1/2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Silver Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Coconut liqueur


Pour ingredients into shaker with crushed ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
REMY AND GINGER ALE
2 oz Remy Martin VS or VSOP
4 oz Ginger ale

Pour Remy Martin into a tall glass with ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with mint leaf.
COINTREAU BUBBLES
2 oz Cointreau
Fresh lime juice
Tonic or soda water

Muddle the lime in the glass, add Cointreau and top with soda water. Garnish with lime.
GROUSE SOUR
2 oz Famous Grouse
2 oz sweetened lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar

Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or orange twist.
BELLINI
Piper-Heidsieck Brut or Piper Sonoma Brut Champagne
3 oz Peach puree

Pour peach puree into champagne glass and fill with cold champagne.
BAJAN SIDE CAR
1 1/2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
1/2 oz Cointreau
Fresh lemon juice


Pour ingredients into shaker with crushed ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

WHITE LADY
1 oz Cointreau
2 oz Gin
1/2 oz lemon juice

Pour ingredients into shaker with crushed ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
HIGH BIRD

1/4 oz. Cointreau
4 oz. Ginger Ale


Pour Famous Grouse over ice in a tall glass. Add ginger ale and float Cointreau on top. Garnish with an orange twist.
MIMOSA

1 oz Orange Juice

Pour orange juice into champagne glass and fill with cold champagne.
